@Martin Pitt I'm not sure if reboot is not required. I activated the STA driver and I saw wifi networks but when I tried to connect to one of them, my system freezed. Only after a reboot everything works OK.
I also downloaded RC image, recorded it to USB by USB Disk Creator, booted, installed all updates, rebooted and activated the STA driver; my OS hanged even before I had a chance to connect to a wireless network. This time, though, after a reboot I see the STA driver activated, but wifi doesn't work at all (nm-applet doesn't see there is any wifi device at all). -- Unable to activate Broadcom b43 after STA driver https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/443185 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
