In Karmic there's the following rule:
^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ CRON\[[0-9]+\]:
pam_[[:alnum:]]+\(cron:session\): session (opened|closed) for user
[[:alnum:]-]+( by \(uid=[0-9]+\))?$

I'm closing this as Fix Released.
If you want to have it for Hardy, you'll have to request a SRU
(http://wiki.ubuntu.com/SRU) or a backport. You can also just edit/update your
files, of course.
