Public bug reported: * ubuntu installed on a VirtualBox VM, VirtualBox (3.0.6) with addons installed * System was resumed after saving VM state using VirtualBox (not via ubuntu hibernation) * Just completed aptitude safe-upgrade on tty3 (not yet restarted)
A series of kernel message appeared after aborting aptitude dist-upgrade (broken package list, pressed "q" when resolving dependencies). Another kernel message appeared when I'm holding onto the left shift key to scroll through kernel message, and Windows (the host OS) intercepted the left-shift thinking I'm trying to activate one of the accessibility features.
