After I fill in the fields in the ipv4 settings tab for a static ip address (manual) and click apply the applet shuts down and the taskbar applet seems to be trying to connect. The connection fails and when I go back into see if the settings are correct, all of the fields are empty. It will not accept the entries for a manual ip config.
