Please file a separate bug for this. They are meant to be translatable, though I had totally forgotten that we had the icon files, and when we changed the emblems around slightly, the icon files were not similarly updated. This is a bug that does need to get fixed. So please file a new bug about the emblems not being translatable, against ubuntuone-client.
