The number of wakeups is dependent on HT, when disabling Atom N280 hyperthreading, the number of hrtimer_start_range_ns (sched_timer) wakeups falls 4-fold (from 60 - 15 per second) therefore it might be inefficient scheduling for Atom hyperthreading in linux kernel.
