Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client
I tried Ubuntu one and canceled it a while ago. I have a launchpad account. When I click on Ubuntu one I end up on its web site it recognizes me and logs me in as mike When I try to use Ubuntu one it says I am not a subscriber. I click subscribe on the free 2G option and it takes me to a page where I can pay for 50G The behavior I expect is for it to recognize my launchpad account and to allow me to re active Ubuntu one on the 2 Gig option. Currently it appears there is no possible way for me to use Ubuntu one as it quasi knows who I am but I don't have the right permissions and there is no way to reset or subscribe again.
