Hi all,

I have the same issue. Somehow the virtualbox are not loaded at boot
time. Starting the initscript fixes the problem for me.

$ sudo invoke-rc.d virtualbox-ose start

I don't understand why it is not started during the boot process.

$ ll /etc/rc2.d/*virtualbox-ose
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 2009-09-05 21:05 /etc/rc2.d/S01virtualbox-ose ->
../init.d/virtualbox-ose

$ tail -n1 /etc/default/virtualbox-ose
LOAD_VBOXDRV_MODULE=1

I strongly suspect a problem with the new upstart/sysv-rc system and not
with virtualbox-ose especially as it seems that other initscripts are
not executed (like ondemand).
