I don't know exactly whether it was limewire or azureus (not installed as a 
package), but there was a startup-script which just checked for a "java" 
executable in some paths, one of them was "usr/java", so it couldn't continue.
But since I don't know anymore (I reported this bug half a year ago and I've a 
different setup by now) I think you can close this bug.
