Ok, I see. This time, I navigated to my /var/crash directory and double clicked on the crash report I wished to submit (_usr_bin_evolution.1000.crash). The same procedure started, with Apport asking me whether I wanted to send the report. I agreed, waited for it to complete the task, then saw the same window which, the first time, had asked me to enter a name for the new bug report. This time, however, the field was already filled with "evolution crashed with SIGSEGV in comp_util_sanitize_recurrence_master()". I went on, browsed the list of bugs, identified my problem in Bug #431280, to which I subscribed. So, I must have done something wrong the first time. Many thanks for your support!
