Thanks for reporting this. Checking kernel/power/suspend_test.c shows
that:

This really looks like a warning that your system is suspending so slow, could 
you
please check if this is true?

And there are also fs oops, so I doubt the weather applet crash you mentioned is
due to the suspend_test thing. May separate these two problems if possible.
