Hi, Thanks for reporting this. Checking kernel/power/suspend_test.c shows that:
/* Warning on suspend means the RTC alarm period needs to be * larger -- the system was sooo slooowwww to suspend that the * alarm (should have) fired before the system went to sleep! * * Warning on either suspend or resume also means the system * has some performance issues. The stack dump of a WARN_ON * is more likely to get the right attention than a printk... */ WARN(msec > (TEST_SUSPEND_SECONDS * 1000), "Component: %s\n", label); This really looks like a warning that your system is suspending so slow, could you please check if this is true? And there are also fs oops, so I doubt the weather applet crash you mentioned is due to the suspend_test thing. May separate these two problems if possible. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => Eric Miao (eric.y.miao) -- [130106.489599] ------------[ cut here ]------------ https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/436659 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
