The issue solved by replacing the motherboard battery.

The battery was empty and every-time the computer was disconnected from
the power, the BIOS settings erased and the nvidia driver started to
make problems.

I have to mention that I updated the time settings in the BIOS before
booting Ubuntu and still it want crazy.
