Hi Paul, I'll most probably try Karmic soon enough. It's just that I have no way of testing it on the mini in the near future for the lack of a sufficiently large usb stick. There is also the gma500 issue to deal with, and I don't know what's up with that in Karmic yet. All I do know is that gma500 is not supported. As a follow up on the bug, I removed the network manager and installed wicd from the repositories, and the wireless has been working without problems for about two days now.
