I opened the firefox profile manager and there were no profiles listed. i
created a new one and opened firefox from the button inside the profile manager
and was able to get to google with everything back to normal. but then it
never used the new profile. when opening firefox it always goes to the built
in profile, not the one i created. also i could not get into the root folder
to find and delete the built in profile. i am stuck. what should i do now?
thanks for your help.
