I marked this as invalid for three reasons: 1) it has not happened again
"on its own", 2) I was unable to reproduce it with a specific test case
(create appt 30 minutes in the future; put computer to sleep for 20
minutes; wake computer - reminder is successfully displayed), and 3)
there has been a considerable number of updates since the bug occurred,
it's likely it was fixed by recent changes.
