Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-center

When I want to install a programm (like supertux or winefish) via the
software-manager, it does after finding the package, clicking the "install"
button and legitimation not begin with the installing process but does only
showing "waiting for other software managers to quit".
rebooting the system didn't help, even without starting any tools like "apt-get
/ apt-cache" before.
