Public bug reported:
Since the last karmic upgrade the gnome desktop have mixed the english
language and spanish.
I try to reinstall the spanish language translations and remove the
english ones with no luck, part of the system (some of the menu
launchers, Applications, places and system, some apps, etc) are on
english language and other on spanish.
