Same for me using TB 2.0.0.23, no addons, on ubuntu 9.04 It also happens sporadically. It *seems* to be reproducible by hitting "write" on TB main interface, and then, not giving focus with the mouse to the new window, and then start typing. Doing leaves TB in a way that no window opened AFTER the bug occured are "writeable". Only solution so far: completely exit TB. I can provide a desktop recording if that can help.
