I think you didn't understand me. I'm discharging battery to low level, next comes the kde notify popup , with info that system will be shutdown in 10 seconds and to prevent this I must _click it_. So I don't know why you advise me to disable kpowerdevil if it already has a feature I need but not properly implemented/not working on my system. Checked it today again(KDE 4.2.4) I clicked it few time - the popup and the blue "i" icon but it didn't disappeared , when trying to launch ksnapshot it gave me errors about ftp so the net connection was down, probably the shutdown process was already started.
