This doesn't work on Jaunty and doesn't work on last revisions of Karmic either. Why is it still marked as "Fix Released"?
Audacity is a very important program for anyone who wants to do some audio editing, it's almost the only alternative for saving in a multi- channel audio format, but it's not possible to save any file as .AUP without the soundtouch-enabled build. I second teledyn: is there no backport?
