I'll make another plea on the mailing lists for ideas on how to debug
this further. In the mean time:
1. Please enable apport if you can. don't know if it will help or not
2. The most important thing is to grab logs of the failure on 0.22 systems with
-v important,eit,siparser or if you can stand the file size, maybe -all
