Noticed these things.
1. On a cold boot (the computer was off for some time- >an hour.) often the
first boot does not work. If I leave it a few minutes, I guess things worm up.
If I shutdown and then boot, the thing works.
2. I've never had problems after rebooting when the keyboard was already
working.
3. Funnily, if I have my USB mouse attached, the keyboad works even on a cold
boot.
4. When I was using 9.10 (alpha) for two weeks, I never had this problem.
