Same problem here (latest Feisty), but 3 WINE-related menu items (they seem new: Example Scripts, Plugin Directory, and License (which supposedly opens the license in WINE Notepad, probably to show off their new wares, but whatever). The other WINE .desktop entries found their way correctly.
