ledenjes: lspci -nv | grep -A1 0403 What's that say? That's a more specific ID for your audio device. And can you confirm that *all* functionality still works with it? Does the mic continue to work? If you have a screen mic and a plugin mic do both work? Speakers unmute again when you unplug the headphones? If there's a S/PDIF out, does that work too?
