Thank you for responding. I get the same results from other DVD disks containing files, not all of the files will open. I cannot play DVD-Video disks, even with restricted formats installed, but I think there are other bug reports for that. Aside from the results I get with DVD disks, I get the same unsuccessful results with an iso file on the hard-disk.
