Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Panel Settings:
 - auto-hide
 - Background: color: Black, Transparency ca. 1/3

what hapens:
 - when a window is opened and the mouse moves to the top to "drop down" the 
panel, the color of the panel is the background (and not the window, which 
would have been, when it where transparent)
