As of this morning Saturday, Oct 3 10:57am PST this bug still exists. I have had anywhere from 0 to 57% packet loss on pings after a restore from suspend and it still counts down from 99 to about 2ms, resets back to 99ms and counts down. Sometimes it hangs.
