Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gdm

During a fresh install install of 9.10 Beta I noticed the Ubiquity
installer asks me "What name do you want to use to log in?" which of
course is for my username. However when I get to the new GDM login
screen I noticed it doesn't use my username but instead uses the name I
entered for the question "What is your name?".

I filed this against GDM but maybe the bug is in Ubiquity instead since
it posed the question. For console logins the username of course still
works. GDM is presenting a more user friendly name but it is inconstant
with the question posed during install.
