I managed to get my mic and headphones to work by changing the file
/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf and do a reboot.

In alsa-base.conf i found line:
options snd-hda-intel power_save=10

and changed it to:
options snd-hda-intel model=g71v

(in sound prefrerences I still use connector Analog output, not Analog
Headphones)
