I just went into bzr and saw there is no longer a ubuntu-bug file, it is
called apport-bug now and it is different. New patch attached.

Made the following changes:

* Created a simple usage function
* Use getopts for option parsing
* Added -g for GUI-less operation of ubuntu/apport-bug script.

** Attachment added: "apport-bug.patch"
   http://launchpadlibrarian.net/32758528/apport-bug.patch

** Description changed:

  I've added -g to the ubuntu-bugs script so you don't need to unset the
  DISPLAY env variable before calling it. I like to have applications that
- can be configured/called with params to disable GUI's. Like mtu, vim
+ can be configured/called with params to disable GUI's. Like mtr, vim
  etc. ubuntu-bugs uses X where I think it is not needed. I could call
  apport-cli.. Anyhows, here is a patch that implements GUI-less calling
  and implements getopts for -p|-P|-g
