I have been using the image "karmic-alternate-amd64.iso" which could be found at: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily/current/ on the 25th of September. Before that, I had Alpha 6 DVD, which caused a lot of trouble to my wireless internet (NetworkManager applet crashed after update). So I downloaded the before mentioned image. Since this image was made on the 25th of September, I assumed it already was the Beta version, which I thought was scheduled for the 24th of September.
