1. The webcam workaround is not permanent! After reboot the bug is still there. 2. Bug is still present in 2.6.28 kernel x64. 3. There is lack of proper testing before releasing new versions of Ubuntu. 4. Even more than that, nobody cares of the already identified bugs; they survive and get transferred to new versions of Ubuntu. 5. Is this bug assigned to anyone?
