Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mplayer
Mplayer occasionally freezes. Not total lockup, but more like a pause. Press any key, even alt or shift, and it resumes. If mplayer is using an audio server, the sound continues after the video pause for a second or two as the sound buffer empties. Pressing a key then, the video resumes from the point the sound did. This is a mild annoyance. I haven't tried rectifying it by taping a key down yet...
