It is not a bug in Humanity , If humanity does not assign the icon for
the ad-hoc ,  the hi-color icon will be displayed which simply shows a
monitor. Which would look even more weird , with an off palatte hi-color
icon.

But the nm-applet displaying the ad-hoc icon is surely confusing to an
average user.
