Yes, it is reproducible.

1. Install a second network interface card into your computer
2. assign another address-range to it, e. g. 192.168.1.xxx (assuming, the first 
NIC has address range 192.168.0.xxx)
3. connect any other box to this second NIC with address range same as in 2.
3. Goto System / Einstellungen / Entfernter Desktop
4. See what is displayed there. In my case it is:

"Ihr Desktop ist nur über das lokale Netzwerk erreichbar. Auf Ihren
Rechner kann über die Adresse 192.168.1.30 , t30-ubuntu.local
zugegriffen werden."

Ubuntu choosed the "quicker" NIC for the default access. I found no
possibility to change "192.168.1.30" to "192.168.0.30" at this point.
