Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: grub-pc

After a fresh install, only Ubuntu Karmic Koala will be added in the
Grub bootloader. Other OS's, like Windows, will not be added,
automatically.

I have Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala Beta AMD64.

This is, however, easily resolved by opening "gnome-terminal" and typing "sudo
update-grub".
Grub will then search for other OS's and add them, too. It would be better,
though, to have all OS's in the bootloader, by default.
