hi sir, last night, the srilanka boy, sahan, said he fixed his laptop wifi internet connection problem. it isn't true, he was lying. when i discussed with him about his laptop wifi issue last night, i noticed he was lying, but i didn't disclose him then (while actually i took the opportunity to teach him about computer, but he just listened to it and couldn't reply with any thought). while the network monitoring software installed in the network identified his laptop hasn't gone to internet before and after then (the network monitoring software can display any devices haven't gone to internet through the network). he was blankly lying and this is the pattern of his behavior since he has been my flatmate for nearly 2 months time.
the reasons he was lying last night are: 1) boast himself good at and like computer, but actually not. he is a poorly school-performed both in srilanka and in new zealand. while he like to fight with people, likes cigarette and drug, likes browsing pornographic and gambling websites. 2) he knows i have been running my own IT business and may want to convince me so that i can give him an offer, so he can get money (his behavior is very similar as one of my previous tenants, Marthinus/Martin, the truck driver from south africa). 3) he is conservative, afraid of losing face when i explained to him that his computer got wifi connection for internet problem, but he got no clear idea of what's wrong with his computer, while he has already studied computer full time for more than one year in new zealand. just FYI, if you're interest with it. i just want to be responsible to report this to the might be relevant people. regards, d.s.
