Public bug reported:

Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu karmic (development branch)
Release: 9.10 (Alpha 6 DVD)
Codename: karmic
Architecture: AMD64

Browsing the internet (with Firefox, Arora, Epiphany) is mostly very
slow or non-responsive. Pages refuse to load no matter how many times I
try to open them by clicking on hyperlinks or using the adress bar. I
access the internet wirelessly, using a Linksys WRT54G router.

I didn't have this issue with Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope AMD64. With
this version of Ubuntu, internet access was extremely fast, as it should
be (I have a 20Mbit internet connection).

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
