I would like to file a bug report. It looks like this one, so I will
attach it to this.

I installed Ubuntu 9.04 to new machine.
Installed cups pdf printer.
Can't print PDFs. Printer queue reports failure, but gives no other help.
Can't find any other help in application. Can't see any options in printer
property that help.
Ran trouble shooter. Will attach the report.

Through Google, found that cups pdf requires user to have a folder
called PDF in their home folder. It has to be in caps.

My suggestion are:
1) to amend the cups pdf package so that it saves pdfs by default in the home
folder
2) to have a clear option in the printer properties so that the user can
specify another folder in which to save pdfs
3) to report to the user that the specified folder is not found, rather than
just falling over

If you can't do the above, then when installing, the installation script
should create the required PDF folder if it is not there already.

Thanks to everyone at Ubuntu and Debian and related projects for getting
this far.

Frank
