As a matter of fact I don't have /lib/firmware/dvb-usb-dib0700-1.20.fw file!
After a quick look in synaptic it seems that the dvb firmware is now packaged
in linux-fimware-nonfree.
I installed the package and after rebooting the tuner now works fine just like
before.
I also checked and jockey-gtk now lists the DVB-T driver as active, so I am
marking this bug as invalid.
