Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

Since I updated to karmic the individually set keybindings are lost on
every new reboot/login. I use gnome-keybinding-properties to set
keybindings (i.e. Strg+Alt+T -- run a terminal). If I log out of my X
session or reboot the computer the setting is reset to default settings
(which means no keybinding for "run a terminal").
