Public bug reported:

i started the kubuntu firefox installer. then i clicked the button
"Install" on the window that appeared. then i was asked my password,
then nothing happened, the window closed like i didn't start anything.

after some analysis, it turns out that it's because my user is not a
sudoer. so i wouldn't have the right to install firefox anyway.

so i think that case should be handled better, through an error message for 
instance.
