Installed apps can become plentiful in some distributions. It would be
wise to allow highlighting of the menus for newly installed applications
in case you can't find your newly installed application in the menu
after installation. You can set a lighter color of the selection color
for this. Obviously, this should be an optional component of GNOME
Menus.
