Mozilla.org products have no support for startup notification yet (see
upstream bug watch).

So putting StartupNotify=true into the desktop file is incorrect.
Although it seems the gnome startup notification implementation handles
this well, other implementations could have problems with it.

The only change to the desktop file should be to add this line:
StartupWMClass=Mozilla-thunderbird-bin

The WMClass can be found by running xprop from a terminal and clicking
the Thunderbird window.

Please test only this desktop change and report if it works.
