No problem, I look for packages to upload by checking for bugs with the 
dekstop-upgrade tag via:
http://people.canonical.com/~seb128/versions.html
(which is currently not automatically updating, I generate a local version)
then for changes in bzr
then for changes in the package overview:
https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-bluetooth

If none of those look like an upgrade has been done and I'm confident I
know enough about the package I open a bug and do the upgrade.  Note
that I don't ask on IRC as people tend to be asleep.

So the best thing to notify me is to open a bug with the desktop-upgrade
tag
