No problem, I look for packages to upload by checking for bugs with the dekstop-upgrade tag via: http://people.canonical.com/~seb128/versions.html (which is currently not automatically updating, I generate a local version) then for changes in bzr then for changes in the package overview: https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-bluetooth
If none of those look like an upgrade has been done and I'm confident I know enough about the package I open a bug and do the upgrade. Note that I don't ask on IRC as people tend to be asleep.
