Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: acpid

There are more problems with the awful lot of updates because of the
many fixes that were released for bug #427356

I had to manually compile the mountall package because of an outdated
chroot on Soyuz and initscripts 'can't' be properly upgraded because of
conflicts with hostname, rsyslog and ubuntu-minimal (you can upgrade the
package, but that would remove those three quite important packages).
