Public bug reported:
When one goes up in Konqueror to the root level "/" sees "home" and "media"
folders.
As for Media word - it's interational, Home - rather not.
It would be a good idea to add ".directory" file to those dirs which
would include translations (and icons) for those dirs.
So after that, the user would see "Home directories", "Media devices" in their
own language (and with icon).
