while everyone is commenting about this... Does anyone remember the default in Widows ? AFAIK it also sets the tap-to-click by default to off.
So i dont think it new users will find it difficult or awkward. Dont get me wrong , i *do* use the tap-to-click and i dont have any problems with it being enabled by default.
