Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gimp
Release: Ubuntu 9.04 for 64 bit architectures. Hardware: Intel Core Duo, 2.4 Ghz Version: gimp_2.6.6-0ubuntu1 Frequency: Happens every time. Expected Behaviour: I tell Gimp to start. Gimp starts. Observed Behaviour: I tell Gimp to start. Gimp segfaults. The only output I get is this: (gimp:9844): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_bookmark_file_load_from_data: assertion `length != 0' failed (script-fu:10030): LibGimpBase-WARNING **: script-fu: gimp_wire_read(): error Segmentation fault The line numbers or whatever they are change every time, though. I tried purging and reinstalling Gimp. After that, Gimp started correctly - once. Then it went back to segfaulting. Every single time. ** Affects: gimp (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- GIMP segfaults on startup https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/429474 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
