Hi Chris, A couple of days ago an update became available which included amongst others a number of open office files. Having applied this update I now find that the Calc spreadsheets I use are now performing as I would expect. ie I can open and save modified files. One thing I have noticed, which I guess is not terribly important is that in order to use alternate columns for a data series, commas must be used and not semi-colons to separate the data. Happy now Regards Colin
